Early departure from Petersburg at 07:30 by private minivan (~4 h) — only your group of 2–8, with a comfort kit (water, wipes, chargers, dates) on board. En route: around 10:30 — stop at Ahvenkoski waterfall (filming location of 'The Dawns Here Are Quiet'), ~30 minutes. Around 13:00 — lunch in Sortavala (salmon soup, halal alternative). Afternoon: walk through old Sortavala (Finnish architecture, waterfront). Check-in at the boutique hotel on the Ladoga shore around 17:00. Dinner.

Guided fishing: pike, perch, zander, salmon (gear included). Around 13:00 — island BBQ lunch: fresh fish soup, halal kebab, campfire tea. Afternoon: stand-up paddleboards along the rocky shores (rental benchmark ~$25), swimming in calm water. Return around 17:00. If Ladoga is rough, the departure moves to the reserve slot and the day is filled with forest trails and lakeside banya with a halal grill — at no extra cost. Evening — banya.

Day 5 — a hotel on the Onega embankment in Petrozavodsk: in the morning the Kizhi Meteor departs minutes away, in the evening — a waterfront walk and a Karelian cuisine dinner. Petrozavodsk Mosque is about a 10-minute walk.

Weather & seasons
June–August: +15…+22°C, long daylight hours — in the White Nights season the sun sets after 23:00. Ladoga and Onega change fast: with a storm forecast, Valaam, the skerries and Kizhi move to the reserve slot or are replaced by a land programme with a halal lunch — at no extra cost and no fuss on the day.

An Arabic-speaking host accompanies the group along the whole route; on Valaam and at Ruskeala — licensed local guides, on the boats — licensed captains. Only your group of 2–8 — never shared 40-seat coaches.

Included: 5 halal breakfasts, lunches per programme (days 1–5), dinners on days 1 and 5. Dinners on other days are at your wish: we can book a halal table in advance or pick a place to match your mood. Alcohol is not included.

Private minivan with a comfort kit (water, wipes, chargers, dates) — only your group of 2–8; speedboats to Valaam and the skerries, Meteor hydrofoil to Kizhi, the “Ruskeala Express” retro train. Your coordinator is in touch daily on WhatsApp.
