The public checklist behind every private Gulf trip — what we commit to before, during, and after your journey.
Before your trip (7 days prior)
- Personal WhatsApp coordinator assigned
- Day-by-day itinerary with photos sent
- Weather forecast + packing list for exact dates
- Halal menus verified at every restaurant
- Prayer schedule prepared for travel dates
- Child seats / accessibility confirmed
- Hotel rooms pre-checked (quiet floor, qibla direction)
On arrival
- Meet & greet at aircraft door / exit gate
- Luggage assistance
- SIM/eSIM activated before leaving airport
- Welcome kit: water, dates, nuts, wipes, chargers, prayer mat, qibla card
- First WhatsApp message: "Welcome! Your host [Name] is here."
During your trip
- Arabic-speaking host 24/7 (WhatsApp + phone)
- End-of-day check-in: "Is everything comfortable?"
- Backup plan for every outdoor activity
- Restaurant menus pre-checked daily
- Prayer pauses in schedule (not "when possible")
- Vehicle cleaned daily, restocked
- Children's needs anticipated (snacks, breaks, entertainment)
On departure
- Transfer timed to flight (3h buffer)
- Duty-free assistance
- Host stays until boarding
- Follow-up message 2 days after arrival home
- Photo/video delivery within 48 hours
