Citizens of Saudi Arabia do not need a visa for tourism stays (visa-free agreement from May 2026). Citizens of the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain apply for a single-entry e-visa online — valid up to 16 days. We confirm your status before you book and send step-by-step instructions.
Every restaurant on your route is checked in advance: menu review, valid halal certificate where available, or preparation under our Arabic-speaking host's supervision. Hotel breakfasts are coordinated halal. We send certificate copies on request before you travel.
Yes — 100%. Every trip starts from your dates, group size, and interests. Swap museums for lakes, add a banya day, shorten driving legs for children. Nothing is fixed off the shelf except our quality standards.
30% after you approve the final itinerary — not before. We send the full program and price breakdown first; you confirm dates and inclusions, then pay the deposit to hold hotels and guides.
Local currency is the Russian ruble (RUB). Foreign Visa and Mastercard cards do not work in Russia — you cannot pay with them at hotels, restaurants, or shops. Bring USD or EUR in cash and exchange for rubles at a bank or licensed exchange office after arrival; keep cash rubles for small purchases. UnionPay cards (if your bank issues them) are sometimes accepted — check before you fly. We quote tours in USD/SAR/AED with transparent conversion; tour payment is by bank transfer from abroad — no hidden FX markup.
St. Petersburg and Northwestern Russia are generally very safe for families: low street crime in tourist areas, helpful locals, and clear private transfers. We avoid crowded coach groups, use vetted drivers, and share honest area guidance — the same care we'd give our own relatives visiting from the Gulf.
