Transfer from Petrozavodsk or St. Petersburg. Check into a premium hotel on the Onega embankment. Programme introduction and light lunch. Evening — first bath ceremony (~2.5 hours): steam, whisks, plunge pool, rest with tea. Halal dinner after the bath.
