Meal planning
We discuss your requirements and the options along your route. Halal venues are not available everywhere; where needed, we propose fish or vegetarian dishes and ask about ingredients and preparation. We agree the menu with you before travel.
Private Airport Transfers
We arrange a private vehicle for your group size and luggage. We agree the meeting point, child seats and driver contact before arrival.
Hotel booking
We suggest 3–4★ hotels or other accommodation suited to your route and budget. Room type, breakfast and special requests are confirmed in your proposal, subject to availability.
Women-Only Services
Female hosts and private spa sessions can be requested in advance. We confirm availability; a private museum tour does not close the galleries to other visitors.
Itinerary Customization
Start with an existing route or build a program around your interests, dates and budget. We discuss the pace and time to rest.
WhatsApp during Gulf hours
We aim to reply within 2 working hours: daily 09:00–21:00 Moscow time (UTC+3). During your trip, your host stays reachable on your agreed channel.
Visa Assistance
Saudi Arabia: visa-free for up to 90 days per calendar year from 11 May 2026. UAE and Qatar: up to 90 days in each 180-day period. Oman: up to 30 days per trip and 90 days per calendar year. Kuwait and Bahrain ordinary passports: a unified e-visa for up to 30 days, applied 86 to 4 days before entry, with one application per child. Official MFA links are collected on our Visa Guide page.
