Winter Fairytale
Six days and five nights: two in St. Petersburg and three in Murmansk. The Barents Sea coast at Teriberka, Husky Camp and evening northern lights outings when weather permits.
Season and plans for changes
- Six days: two nights in St. Petersburg and three in Murmansk. The return flight is after 20:00. An international connection the same night is not included.
- We do not plan stops on the Kola–Teriberka road. If the road is closed, the approved backup is indoor Kirovsk, with no extra aurora outing.
- Husky Camp is the kennel near Murmansk, not on the Teriberka road. Sledding is from 3 years old. Under 3 there is no sled.
Day-by-day program
Day 1 — Arrival in St. Petersburg and rest
We meet you at Pulkovo Airport and take you to your hotel. We keep arrival day free of museums so you can rest after the flight before tomorrow's gallery visit and your journey north. A welcome dinner is included; if your flight lands late, we head straight to the hotel to rest. Night in St. Petersburg.

Day 2 — One indoor museum
Visit one main indoor museum — the Hermitage or the Russian Museum (on Mondays, when the Hermitage is closed, we visit the Russian Museum). With the fountains off in winter, we stay in the city centre rather than spending hours on the road before tomorrow morning's flight. Lunch after the museum is included, with a free evening. Night in St. Petersburg.

Day 3 — Flight to Murmansk
Take a morning domestic flight from St. Petersburg to Murmansk according to the airline's schedule. We meet you at the airport, transfer you to the hotel and leave the afternoon free to settle in. If you arrive in daylight and the evening forecast is clear, we can head out for the first northern lights search tonight; otherwise we save both outings for the coming evenings. Dinner in town is included with a pork- and alcohol-free menu agreed in advance (restaurants in Murmansk are not halal-certified). Night in Murmansk.

Day 4 — Teriberka, no stops on the road
Depart at 08:30 and return to Murmansk by 19:00. The park route is 120 km (listed as 2 hours 20 minutes; in winter we allow 2.5–3 hours each way). We do not plan stops on the Kola–Teriberka road, driving in transit without roadside cafés or viewpoints. The village itself needs no permit, while the Battery waterfall, Dragon Eggs beach and the Lodeyny area lie inside the natural park; we arrange the permit online in advance. From 2026 the fee for foreign guests is 1,000 RUB per person per day (a child discount for foreign nationals is not confirmed) and is included in your quote, with nothing to pay on the spot. Lunch in the village is included, and we rest in the evening without an aurora drive. If the road is closed by snow, the approved backup is indoor Kirovsk, which replaces Teriberka without adding an extra aurora outing. Night in Murmansk.

Day 5 — Husky Camp and evening aurora search
Visit Husky Camp near Murmansk (located off the Teriberka road). The visit lasts about 1.5–2 hours, with warm outer gear provided on site. Sledding is available for children from 3 years old; children under 3 do not ride on the sled, and final participation depends on snow conditions, weight and how the guest feels. Because the kennel kitchen is not halal, we bring an agreed packed lunch for your group. In the evening we head out to search for the northern lights if the cloud forecast allows (sightings are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed). Night in Murmansk.

Day 6 — Murmansk and evening flight after 20:00
Enjoy an unhurried morning in town: during daylight hours we drive up to the Alyosha memorial overlooking Kola Bay, and visit the nuclear icebreaker Lenin when named tickets are booked in advance. Your return flight to St. Petersburg is scheduled after 20:00. Same-night international connections are not included; if you fly onward the next day, the night after landing in St. Petersburg is a transit stay.

How we plan meals
Options vary by region, and halal dining can be limited outside major cities. Before booking, we discuss your requirements and ask kitchens about ingredients and preparation. Where suitable options are unavailable, we propose fish or vegetarian dishes for your approval. This does not mean the restaurant or kitchen is halal-certified.
Price on request
The USD price is calculated at the exchange rate on the day of the request. The site does not publish a fixed dollar rate; we confirm the group, the dates and the services in the proposal.
We recommend medical insurance. It is not included in the tour price and is not required for visa-free entry. For an e-visa, the portal still lists a policy for the whole stay unless an official exemption applies to your citizenship.
