We meet you at arrivals with an Almas Russia sign. Below is what to expect if you arrive independently.

Arrival & passport control
Follow “Passport Control” signs. UAE, Saudi, and Qatar citizens usually need an e-visa — we arrange it in advance and send a PDF.

Baggage & customs
Green channel if you have nothing to declare. Alcohol and pork may require declaration — we explain rules beforehand.

SIM & connectivity
Operator kiosks in arrivals. We can prepare an eSIM before departure or buy a SIM for you — message us on WhatsApp.

Meet & transfer
Driver with Almas Russia sign waits in the arrivals hall. Minivan with amenity kit: water, chargers, prayer mat.
Good to know
- We recommend scheduling your return flight at least 3 hours after hotel checkout
- Halal options in the terminal are limited — better to dine in the city with your host
- In winter, allow +30 min for the drive from the centre to the airport
- Save your host’s WhatsApp number before boarding
